Lemonaid Rx Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Rx Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Subscription Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of Lemonaid Health’s prescription subscription programs. By enrolling in a subscription program, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to the Lemonaid Health Terms of Use, which continue to apply and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Use, these Subscription Terms control with respect to subscription matters.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to the following prescription subscription programs offered by Lemonaid Health:

• GLP-1 Weight Loss Subscription — a monthly program that includes access to Lemonaid Health’s licensed provider network (covered by a $49.00/month membership fee) plus the cost of prescribed GLP-1 medication (semaglutide, tirzepatide, or equivalent as determined by your provider). Total monthly charge = $49.00 membership + medication cost.
• Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Subscription — a monthly program for prescribed ED medication (sildenafil, tadalafil, or equivalent as determined by your provider). A one-time $25.00 evaluation fee is charged at the time of submission. Ongoing monthly charges cover medication cost only; there is no recurring membership or consultation fee after the initial evaluation.

These programs are available only to residents of states in which Lemonaid Health is licensed to provide telehealth services and in which the prescribed medication is legally dispensable.

2. Subscription Structure and Recurring Billing

Once enrolled, your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel. Charges are applied to the payment method you provided at enrollment.

GLP-1 Weight Loss — monthly renewal charge: $49.00 membership + the medication cost determined by your prescribed dosage and supply. The $249.00 initial medication cost (example for a one-month supply of injectable semaglutide at a standard starting dose) and subsequent monthly medication costs are disclosed at checkout and may vary based on the medication and dosage your provider prescribes.

ED — monthly renewal charge: The medication cost for your prescribed ED treatment. No additional membership or consultation fee is charged after the initial one-time $25.00 evaluation. Monthly medication costs are disclosed at checkout and depend on the medication, dosage, and supply your provider prescribes.

We will notify you of any changes to your recurring charge amount at least 10 calendar days before the change takes effect. Continued enrollment after that notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated amount.

3. Evaluation Before Medication Charge

Lemonaid Health is a telehealth platform. All prescription medications require evaluation and approval by a licensed provider before a prescription is issued and medication is dispensed. The following charge rules apply:

• Medication charge (GLP-1 and ED): You will only be charged for prescription medication if a licensed Lemonaid Health provider approves your prescription. If your provider determines that the requested medication is not appropriate for you, no medication charge is applied.
• ED evaluation fee ($25.00): The one-time $25.00 ED evaluation fee is charged when you submit your intake questionnaire, regardless of whether your provider ultimately approves a prescription. This fee covers the cost of the clinical evaluation itself, not the medication.
• GLP-1 membership fee ($49.00/month): The $49.00 monthly membership is charged when your subscription begins (at enrollment), regardless of prescription approval outcome, because the membership fee covers access to the provider network and consultation services, not the medication itself.

If your provider declines to prescribe the requested medication, Lemonaid Health will notify you by email. You may request a different treatment option through your account. The membership fee (GLP-1) or evaluation fee (ED) already paid is non-refundable in this circumstance because the clinical evaluation service was rendered.

4. Prescription Medication Return Policy

Prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once dispensed. Under federal and state pharmacy regulations, dispensed prescription medications may not be accepted for return to the pharmacy or for resale. All prescription medication sales are final.

Damaged or incorrect shipments — 48-hour window: If you receive a shipment that is damaged in transit, contains the wrong medication or dosage, or is otherwise defective, you must contact Lemonaid Health customer service within 48 hours of delivery at:

Lemonaid Health will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost for verified damaged or incorrect deliveries reported within this 48-hour window. This is the only circumstance under which a refund or replacement will be issued for dispensed prescription medication. Claims reported more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Lemonaid Health prescription subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. To cancel:

• Log in to your Lemonaid Health account at www.lemonaidhealth.com and navigate to your subscription settings to cancel directly; or
• Contact customer service by phone at 888-536-2267 or online at support.lemonaidhealth.com.

Cancellation stops all future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any medication already dispensed or shipped, or for any membership or evaluation fee already charged.

If you cancel after a billing cycle has started but before your medication has shipped, contact customer service immediately. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to cancel the pending shipment, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in processing.

6. Pharmacy Certification

Lemonaid Health is a certified U.S. online pharmacy verified by LegitScript (Certification ID: 00150360). LegitScript certification confirms that Lemonaid Health meets rigorous standards for legal compliance, patient safety, and prescription drug dispensing under federal and state law.

All prescriptions are issued by licensed U.S. providers. All medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Lemonaid Health does not dispense controlled substances or otherwise circumvent federal or state pharmacy law.

We will provide notice of material changes via email or through your account at least 10 calendar days before changes take effect.
